Returns & Exchanges

At Black Crystal Candle Collection, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your candle arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right.

We accept returns or exchanges on damaged items within 14 days of delivery. Please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue to start the return process.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for candles that have been used. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
